The best time: soft morning or golden hour

Beaches photograph best in the hour after sunrise or before sunset, when the light is soft and the sand is quiet. Harsh midday sun creates squinting and hard shadows, so we always shoot at the edges of the day.

Choosing a coastline

Dubai has long open beaches with clean horizons and calmer, less crowded stretches early in the morning. We pick a spot that gives you space, soft sand and an uncluttered background.

What to wear

Light, flowing fabrics in soft tones work beautifully against sand and sea — whites, creams, pale blues. Bare feet are part of the look. Avoid heavy, dark or stiff clothing.

Relaxed and real

Beach sessions suit families and maternity especially well because the setting invites movement — walking, holding hands, children playing at the water’s edge. We direct gently and let real moments happen.

Practical tips

Bring a towel and a change of clothes for little ones, arrive at the booked early hour for the best light and fewest people, and let us handle the timing around the sun.
